Where it stands
House: PASSED/ADOPTED WITH AMENDMENT · Senate: PASSED/ADOPTED
Every floor vote on this bill was a voice or division vote, so there is no record of how individual legislators voted.
A bill goes on the consent calendar when the committee vote was unanimous or nearly so, and any members who dissented did not object to placing it there. It then passes without floor debate. Ten members may file a petition to pull a bill off the consent calendar and have it debated and voted on separately.

Committee — OUGHT TO PASS WITH AMENDMENT
The annual report for 2025 of the Joint Committee on Dedicated Funds recommended the repeal of three inactive funds. The radiation long-term care responsibility was transferred decades ago to the Seabrook nuclear facility. The mosquito control fund was defunded in 2016 and the responsibility for outbreaks shared between the Department of Health and Human Services and the 24 13 FEBRUARY 2026 HOUSE RECORD Department of Agriculture. The third fund was enacted only in 2021, to work on a monument to the recovery care issue, and someone put in $1,000, but there has been no further sign of activity or planning for it. The money is being transferred to the alcohol abuse and prevention fund. The amendment simply corrects a wrong reference. Vote 16-0.
