The bill attempted to address the issue of nonresident voting for which thousands of voters use out-of-state licenses to vote in New Hampshire. Regardless of the merits, the cost for implementation as originally proposed is prohibitive, and the sponsor recommended Inexpedient To Legislate. Vote 15-0.
