Committee — OUGHT TO PASS WITH AMENDMENT
This bill as amended is a housekeeping bill removing ambiguous and unenforceable language about restoration condition and ‘daily usage’ and replacing the language with more accurate description of the intent of the law “not maintained for primary transportation use.” The amendment also restored the 20 year inclusionary clause for antique fire apparatus. Vote 15-0.
