This bill was requested by the Department of Education to address some technical fixes and clarify the existing law. It fixes a statutory reference and clarifies who determines if a candidate is qualified to teach in a subject area. It also clarifies that part-time teachers must adhere to the professional code of ethics and the professional code of conduct. Vote 18-0.
