Committee — OUGHT TO PASS WITH AMENDMENT
This bill repeals RSA 12-F:1 that included, broadly, weather experimentation with little oversight and study as to the chemicals and compounds that would have prospectively been deployed under an undefined state of emergency. This bill, as amended, narrows the scope of weather modification activities under declared emergency conditions, exclusively to cloud seeding activities after a 90-day review and under oversight of the Department of Environmental Services. Vote 15-1.
