Committee — OUGHT TO PASS WITH AMENDMENT

Rep. Erica Layon

This bill is at the request of the board of nursing to ensure that the laws surrounding licensed practical nurses performing patient assessments and care plans is consistent with currently accepted training and practice. The committee supports the technical changes in this bill, and the amendment corrects errors in the bill as introduced. Vote 12-0.
