On May 4, 2023 the House adopted “House Concurs with Senate Amendment 2023-1329s” on a voice vote, on a motion by Rep. John Hunt. The bill was enrolled on June 8, 2023 — the final check of the text before it goes to the governor. The governor signed it on June 20, 2023, making it Chapter 92 of the session laws.
