The Story
It was introduced on January 4, 2023 and referred to the House Resources, Recreation and Development committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 1, 2023. The committee met in executive session on February 8, 2023 and March 8, 2023. The committee recommended that the House make no recommendation. On March 23, 2023 the House adopted “Lay HB205 on Table” on a voice vote, on a motion by Rep. Renzullo. The bill died on the table when the session ended on October 26, 2023, having been set aside and never taken back up.
