The Story

The committee met in executive session on March 8, 2023 to vote on its recommendation. On March 16, 2023 the House adopted “Lay HB104 on Table” on a division vote 345–28, on a motion by Rep. Rick Ladd. The bill died on the table when the session ended on October 26, 2023, having been set aside and never taken back up.
