The Story

The committee's amendment (2019-2342h) was adopted on a voice vote on June 6, 2019, changing the text of the bill. A floor amendment (2019-2404h), offered by Rep. Walz, was rejected on a division vote 162–177 on June 6, 2019. On June 6, 2019 the House rejected a motion to pass it with changes on a roll call 158–183. On June 6, 2019 the House voted to kill it on a roll call 184–157.
