The Story

The committee's amendment (2018-0810s) was adopted on a voice vote on March 8, 2018, changing the text of the bill. On March 8, 2018 the Senate voted to pass it with changes on a voice vote and ordered it to a third reading. On March 22, 2018 the House failed “Shall House Consider” on a division vote 18–286.
