The Story

It was introduced on January 8, 2015 and referred to the Senate Public and Municipal Affairs committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 18, 2015. On March 26, 2015 the Senate adopted “Remove From Table” on a voice vote, on a motion by Sen. Bradley. A floor amendment (2015-1119s), offered by Sen. Regina Birdsell, was adopted on a voice vote on March 26, 2015, changing the text of the bill. On March 26, 2015 the Senate voted to pass it with changes on a voice vote and ordered it to a third reading. It crossed to the House and was referred to the House Executive Departments and Administration committee. The committee held a public hearing on April 7, 2015.
