The Story

It was introduced on January 6, 2016 and referred to the House Criminal Justice and Public Safety committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 17, 2016. The bill was taken off the consent calendar on March 9, 2016. On March 10, 2016 the House adopted “Special Order to calendar of 3/23/2016” on a division vote 275–25.
