The Story

The committee voted 12–5 to recommend that the House pass it, and the report was placed on the regular calendar. On March 10, 2016 the House voted to lay it on the table on a roll call 240–87, on a motion by Rep. Azarian. The bill died on the table when the session ended on July 27, 2016, having been set aside and never taken back up.
