The Story

On June 11, 2015 the House adopted “Remove from Table (Rep Major)” on a voice vote. A floor amendment (2015-2112h) was adopted on a roll call 193–137 on June 11, 2015, changing the text of the bill. A floor amendment (2015-2113h) was rejected on a roll call 133–197 on June 11, 2015. On June 11, 2015 the House voted to lay it on the table on a voice vote. The bill died on the table when the session ended on November 18, 2015, having been set aside and never taken back up.
