A committee of conference met on June 9, 2015, June 10, 2015, June 15, 2015, June 16, 2015, June 17, 2015 and June 18, 2015 to try to settle the differences between the two chambers' versions of the bill. The Senate adopted the conference report (2317c) on a voice vote. The House adopted the conference report (2317c) on a voice vote. An enrolled bill amendment (2343e) was adopted on a voice vote on June 24, 2015. These correct technical errors found after passage. The bill was enrolled on June 24, 2015 — the final check of the text before it goes to the governor — and an enrolled bill amendment (2015-2343eba) was adopted on a voice vote to correct technical errors found after passage. The governor signed it on July 9, 2015, making it Chapter 220 of the session laws. It took effect on June 30, 2015.
