The committee's amendment (0772s) was adopted on a voice vote on March 14, 2013, changing the text of the bill. On March 14, 2013 the Senate voted to pass it with changes on a voice vote, then referred it on to the Senate Finance committee. The bill died on the table when the session ended on September 17, 2014, having been set aside and never taken back up.
