  • Status: Died on the table
  • Term: 2013-2014

The Story

It was introduced on January 3, 2013 and referred to the Senate Executive Departments and Administration committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 6, 2013. On March 7, 2013 the Senate rejected a motion to pass it with changes on a division vote 12–12. On March 7, 2013 the Senate voted to lay it on the table on a voice vote, on a motion by Sen. Bradley. The bill died on the table under Senate Rule 3-23 at adjournment, having been set aside and never taken back up.
