The Story

It was introduced on January 31, 2013 and referred to the Senate Finance committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 19, 2013. The committee recommended that the Senate send it back to committee. On March 7, 2013 the Senate voted to lay it on the table on a voice vote, on a motion by Sen. Morse. The bill died on the table under Senate Rule 3-23 at adjournment, having been set aside and never taken back up.
