The Story
It was introduced on January 3, 2013 and referred to the House Transportation committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 12, 2013. The committee met in executive session on February 19, 2013 and February 26, 2013. The committee voted unanimously, 12–0, to recommend that the House kill it, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On March 13, 2013 the House voted to kill it on a voice vote.
