The Story

On June 6, 2013 the Senate voted to pass it with changes on a voice vote and ordered it to a third reading. On June 12, 2013 the House adopted “House Non-Concurs with Senate AM #1932s(NT) and Requests C of C (Rep Shurtleff)” on a voice vote. On June 12, 2013 the Senate adopted “Accede to House Request for Committee of Conference” on a voice vote, on a motion by Sen. Prescott. A committee of conference met on June 18, 2013 and June 19, 2013 to try to settle the differences between the two chambers' versions of the bill.
