On April 3, 2013 the House took up 16 floor amendments and rejected all of them: 2013-1193h (171–195), 2013-1196h (159–206), 2013-1163h (166–197), 2013-1177h (181–186), 2013-1178h (185–186), 2013-1194h (165–202), 2013-1195h (168–197), 2013-1186h (169–201), 2013-1219h (174–195), 2013-1190h (140–225), 2013-1200h (151–213), 2013-1201h (169–196), 2013-1202h (159–205), 2013-1203h (158–205), 2013-1204h (158–201) and 2013-1199h (126–229). The committee held a public hearing on May 9, 2013. The committee recommended that the Senate pass it with changes (amendment 2013-1954s). On June 6, 2013 the Senate adopted “Without Objection, HB 2 is Special Ordered to the beginning of the Regular Calendar, 2/3 Necessary”. On June 26, 2013 the Senate adopted “Sen. Bradley and Sen. Larsen Moved that the Senate Rules be Suspended in order to allow HB 2-FN-A-L to be acted on as the Committee of Conference Report was signed after the Senate Deadline, 2/3 necessary” on a voice vote. The Senate adopted the conference report (2174c) on a roll call 24–0. The House adopted the conference report (2174c) on a roll call 346–12.
