The Story

A floor amendment (2012-0111h) was adopted on a roll call 225–119 on January 11, 2012, changing the text of the bill. On January 11, 2012 the House rejected a motion to pass it with changes on a roll call 169–180. On January 11, 2012 the House voted to lay it on the table on a division vote 182–168. The bill died on the table when the session ended on June 27, 2012, having been set aside and never taken back up.
