The committee's amendment (1780s) was adopted on a voice vote on May 11, 2011, changing the text of the bill. On May 11, 2011 the Senate rejected a motion to pass it with changes on a voice vote. On May 11, 2011 the Senate voted to send it back to committee on a voice vote, on a motion by Sen. Luther. The committee recommended that the Senate study it after the session ends. On February 8, 2012 the Senate adopted “Refer to Interim Study” on a voice vote.
