The Story

The committee's amendment (1017h) was rejected on a division vote 36–318 on March 21, 2012. A floor amendment (2012-1261h) was adopted on a roll call 196–164 on March 21, 2012, changing the text of the bill. On March 21, 2012 the House voted to pass it with changes on a roll call 198–161.
