On February 1, 2012 the House adopted “House Concurs with Senate AM #0134s(NT) (Rep Swinford)” on a voice vote. The bill was enrolled on February 8, 2012 — the final check of the text before it goes to the governor. The governor signed it on March 12, 2012, making it Chapter 3 of the session laws.
