The Story

It was introduced on January 6, 2010 and referred to the House Transportation committee. The committee held a public hearing on January 20, 2010. On February 17, 2010 the House voted to pass it on a voice vote. It crossed to the Senate on March 3, 2010 and was referred to the Senate Transportation and Interstate Cooperation committee. The committee held public hearings on April 15, 2010 and April 22, 2010. The committee recommended that the Senate pass it.
