The committee held a work session on April 17, 2008. The committee met in executive session on April 22, 2008 and May 8, 2008. The committee reported: Refer to Interim Study for May 14 CC unanimously, 11–0. On May 14, 2008 the House adopted “Refer to Interim Study” on a voice vote. The committee held work sessions on August 26, 2008 and September 24, 2008. The committee met in executive session on September 24, 2008 to vote on its recommendation.
