The committee's amendment (0323h) was adopted on a voice vote on March 21, 2007, changing the text of the bill. On March 21, 2007 the House voted to pass it with changes on a voice vote. It crossed to the Senate on March 29, 2007 and was referred to the Senate Wildlife, Fish and Game committee. The committee held a public hearing on April 11, 2007. The committee recommended that the Senate pass it. On April 18, 2007 the Senate voted to pass it on a voice vote and ordered it to a third reading. An enrolled bill amendment (1335) was adopted on May 2, 2007. These correct technical errors found after passage. The bill was enrolled on May 3, 2007 — the final check of the text before it goes to the governor — and an enrolled bill amendment (1335) was adopted on a voice vote to correct technical errors found after passage. The governor signed it on May 14, 2007, making it Chapter 38 of the session laws.
