On June 13, 2007 the House adopted “House NonConcurs with Senate AM#1945, Request Comm of Conf, Reps Bouchard & Wall” on a voice vote. On June 14, 2007 the Senate adopted “Sen. Foster Accede to House Request for Committee of Conference” on a voice vote. A committee of conference met on June 19, 2007 to try to settle the differences between the two chambers' versions of the bill. The bill was enrolled on June 27, 2007 — the final check of the text before it goes to the governor. The governor signed it on July 20, 2007, making it Chapter 332 of the session laws.
