  • Status: Killed
  • Term: 2005-2006

The Story

It was introduced on January 26, 2005 and referred to the House Children and Family Law committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 22, 2005. The committee voted unanimously, 16–0, to recommend that the House kill it, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On January 4, 2006 the House voted to kill it on a voice vote.
