(New Title) AN ACT relative to certain state salaries; establishing the position of director of homeland security and emergency management in the department of safety; authorizing the commissioner of safety to reorganize certain divisions, responsibilities, and activities of the department; relative to appeals of reclassification of positions; relative to a study of the unclassified salary schedule; and relative to the registration of apprentices by the board of barbering, cosmetology, and esthetics.
