The Story

It was introduced on December 1, 2004 and referred to the House Commerce committee. The committee held a public hearing on January 25, 2005. The committee held a work session on February 16, 2005. The committee voted 18–1 to recommend that the House kill it, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On March 9, 2005 the House voted to kill it.
