The Story

On March 27, 2003 the Senate voted to send it back to committee on a voice vote. The committee held work sessions on November 19, 2003, December 3, 2003 and December 16, 2003. The committee recommended that the Senate kill it. On January 7, 2004 the Senate voted to kill it on a voice vote.
