The Story

The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it unanimously, 13–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. The bill was taken off the consent calendar on March 12, 2003. On March 12, 2003 the House adopted “Special Order to Mar 13, without objection”. On March 13, 2003 the House adopted “Recommitted to Mun & Cnty Govt” on a voice vote. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it unanimously, 16–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On March 25, 2003 the House voted to kill it.
