The Story

It was introduced on January 25, 2001 and referred to the House Municipal and County Government committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 14, 2001. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it unanimously, 13–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On January 2, 2002 the House voted to kill it.
