HB 314-FN (2002)

relative to administrative rules governing privacy.

  • Status: Killed
  • Term: 2001-2002
  • House committee: Executive Departments and Administration
  • Subject: Miscellaneous

The Story

It was introduced on January 25, 2001 and referred to the House Executive Departments and Administration committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 7, 2001. The committee held work sessions on February 14, 2001, February 21, 2001 and March 28, 2001. The committee retained the bill, holding it for further work rather than reporting it out this year. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it unanimously, 13–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On January 2, 2002 the House voted to kill it.
