The Story

It was introduced on June 26, 2001 and referred to the House Executive Departments and Administration committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 12, 2002. The committee held a work session on February 20, 2002. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it unanimously, 13–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On March 6, 2002 the House voted to kill it.
