The Story

It was introduced on June 26, 2001 and referred to the House Executive Departments and Administration committee. The committee held a public hearing on January 30, 2002. The committee held a work session on February 13, 2002. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it unanimously, 15–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On February 21, 2002 the House voted to kill it.
