The Story
It was introduced on January 25, 2001 and referred to the House Resources, Recreation and Development committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 13, 2001. The committee held work sessions on March 15, 2001 and April 4, 2001. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it unanimously, 15–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On April 18, 2001 the House voted to kill it.
