The Story

It crossed to the Senate on February 3, 2000 and was referred to the Senate Wildlife and Recreation committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 23, 2000. The committee recommended that the Senate pass it. On March 23, 2000 the Senate voted to pass it on a voice vote and ordered it to a third reading.
