The Story
It was introduced on January 5, 1995 and referred to the Senate Education committee. The committee held a public hearing on January 31, 1995. The majority recommended that the Senate kill it, and the minority recommended that the Senate pass it. On February 7, 1995 the Senate voted to kill it on a voice vote.
