The Story

The committee recommended that the Senate send it back to committee. On February 16, 1993 the bill was referred to the Banks committee. The committee held a work session on October 29, 1993. The committee recommended that the Senate kill it. On January 20, 1994 the Senate voted to kill it on a voice vote.
