The Story

It was introduced on January 7, 1993 and referred to the Senate Economic Development committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 2, 1993. The committee recommended that the Senate pass it with changes. On March 4, 1993 the Senate voted to pass it with changes on a division vote, then referred it on to the Senate Fin committee. The committee recommended that the Senate kill it. On April 15, 1993 the Senate voted to kill it on a voice vote.
