The Story

It was introduced on January 7, 1993 and referred to the Senate Interstate Cooperation committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 9, 1993. The committee recommended that the Senate pass it. On February 11, 1993 the Senate voted to pass it, then referred it on to the Senate Economic Development committee. The committee recommended that the Senate kill it. On March 4, 1993 the Senate voted to kill it on a voice vote.
