The Story

On February 13, 1992 the Senate adopted “Special Order to 02/19/1992” on a voice vote. On February 19, 1992 the Senate voted to pass it on a roll call 21–3. On February 20, 1992 the Senate voted to lay it on the table on a voice vote. On May 7, 1992 the Senate voted to kill it, on a motion by Sen. Hough.
