The Story

It was introduced on March 19, 1992 and referred to the House Labor, Industrial and Rehabilitative Services committee. The committee held a public hearing on April 16, 1992. The majority of the committee recommended that the House pass it by a vote of 9–2, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On April 29, 1992 the House voted to adopt it.
