Gross & Chambers. On March 19, 1991 the bill was referred to the Commerce, Small Business and Consumer Affairs committee. The committee held work sessions on October 9, 1991 and October 30, 1991. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it by a vote of 13–1. On January 9, 1992 the House adopted “Special Order to 01/14/1992”. On January 14, 1992 the House voted to kill it on a voice vote.
