The Story
It was introduced on January 8, 1992 and referred to the House Transportation committee. The committee held public hearings on January 21, 1992 and January 29, 1992. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it unanimously, 12–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On February 11, 1992 the House voted to kill it.
