The Story

The committee held a public hearing on January 7, 1992. It was introduced on January 8, 1992 and referred to the House Judiciary committee. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it unanimously, 18–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On February 12, 1992 the House voted to kill it.
